The Lihachev Dacha, built in 1903 and reconstructed in 2006 - is a rare surviving example of the days when this area was the favoured spot for St Petersburg merchants. Decorated in country style, the dacha has seven luxury apartments, and all of the rooms are equipped with a small kitchen area.
The atmosphere of the Dacha is that of a Russian country house surrounded by birch and pine forests. The centrepiece of the Dacha is the suite apartment that covers an area of 150 sq. m and takes up the whole third floor of the building.
